Preparation

Wash the mushrooms and cut off the stems.

Reserve the caps and finely chop the stems.

combine the finely chopped mushroom stems and sweet bell pepper, basil, Italian seasoning, rosemary, nutritional yeast, red chilli flakes, salt, and black pepper. You can add little breadcrumbs if you like.

For griller-
Preheat the grill.
Brush the bottoms of the mushroom caps with little oil and add little butter inside of each cap.

Place mushroom caps on the hot grill for about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the mushroom caps from the grill, stuff each with the mixture, and top each with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Return the mushroom caps to the grill and cook an additional 3-4 minutes.

For Air-Fryer

Add little butter inside of each cap.

Place mushroom caps in air fryer for about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the mushroom caps from the grill, stuff each with the mixture, and top each with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Return the mushroom caps to the air fryer and cook an additional 3-4 minutes.
