Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the white rice flour and salt.
2. Gradually add water and mix well to form a smooth batter. The consistency should be similar to that of dosa batter.
3. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
4. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin crepe.
5. Drizzle some vegetable oil around the edges of the crepe and cook until the bottom is golden brown and edges start to lift.
6. Carefully flip the crepe and cook the other side until golden brown.
7. Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter.
8. Serve the Ghavan hot with chutney or curry of your choice.
