Preparation

Here is a recipe for Ragi Semiya Upma:

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup (60.0 g) Ragi Flour
- 100 g (110.0 g) Onions
- 100 g (64.0 g) Carrots
- 100 g (72.5 g) Green Peas
- 100 g (22.5 g) Green Hot Chili Peppers
- 60 g (5.0 g) Yellow Mustard Seeds
- 100 g (5.0 g) Urad Dal
- 1 tbsp (7.0 g) Ghee
- 1/4 tsp (3.0 g) Salt
- 100 g (15.0 g) Lemon Juice

Instructions:
1. Heat ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds and urad dal. Let them splutter.
2. Add chopped onions, green chili, and sauté until onions turn translucent.
3. Add chopped carrots, green peas, and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
5. Once the water is boiling, add the ragi flour semiya and stir continuously to avoid any lumps.
6. Cook for a few minutes until the ragi semiya is cooked and the water is absorbed.
7. Add salt and lemon juice, mix well and serve hot.
