Ingredients:
- 51 g Moong Dal
- 100 g Curd
- 1/4 tsp Seasoning Salt
- 2/3 cup Mixed Vegetables
- 4.5 g Sesame Oil
Instructions:
1. Soak the Moong Dal in water for 3-4 hours, then drain and rinse.
2. In a blender, combine the soaked Moong Dal, Curd, and Seasoning Salt. Blend until smooth.
3. Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl and stir in the Mixed Vegetables.
4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a little Sesame Oil.
5. Pour a ladleful of the Moong Dal batter onto the pan and spread it out into a circular shape.
