Method:
1, Wash 50g of each chick pea, mung dal, soy bean, cow pea and black rice thoroughly.
2, Soak in 4cups of water 6 hours.
3, Rinse the ingredients again for 2 times.
4, Add 2 inch ginger and 4 red chillies.
5, Now grind all the ingredients in mixer.
6, Add salt and water as per requirement.
7, Allow the batter to ferment overnight.
8, Mix the fermented batter and pour dosa in iron cast tawa.
9, Serve it with any variety of chutney.
